These Terms of Service apply to your use of the WunderWheel website, products, applications, and related services operated by Wunder Wheel Technology LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

By accessing our website or purchasing a WunderWheel product, you agree to these Terms.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, compatibility information, and estimated delivery schedules.

However, products under development or pre-production may receive reasonable technical, cosmetic, firmware, packaging, or component updates before final production.

Such changes will not intentionally remove the core functionality of the product.

Pre-Orders

WunderWheel is currently offered on a pre-order basis.

The current estimated shipping schedule is January 2027. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production, certification, component supply, quality-control testing, logistics, customs, or other factors may affect shipping schedules.

If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.

Product Compatibility

WunderWheel is currently designed for compatible 26-inch bicycles.

Compatibility may also depend on front fork spacing, dropout dimensions, brake configuration, tire clearance, and other bicycle specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before installation.

If you are unsure whether your bicycle is compatible, we recommend contacting us before ordering or installing the product.

Installation and Safe Use

WunderWheel is an electric bicycle conversion system and must be installed correctly before use.

Improper installation may result in product damage, bicycle damage, loss of control, or personal injury.

Users are responsible for checking that the wheel, axle, fasteners, PAS sensor, battery mount, cables, brakes, and other components are properly installed and secured before riding.

Always follow applicable traffic laws, eBike regulations, helmet requirements, and safety rules in your location.

Speed and Range

Advertised speed and range figures are estimates based on expected or typical operating conditions.

Actual performance may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, assist level, battery condition, riding style, wind, bicycle configuration, and other factors.

Regional versions may have different pedal-assist speed limits to comply with local regulations.

Battery Safety

WunderWheel uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

Customers must follow the charging, storage, transportation, and safety instructions provided with the product.

Do not use a damaged battery, incompatible charger, modified battery pack, or battery showing signs of swelling, overheating, leakage, or physical damage.

App and Custom Content

The WunderWheel App allows users to upload and display supported images, GIFs, text, and other content on the POV display.

Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload or publicly display does not violate applicable laws, third-party intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other legal restrictions.

Intellectual Property

The WunderWheel name, trademarks, logos, product designs, website materials, software, graphics, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Wunder Wheel Technology LLC unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our intellectual property without authorization.

Prohibited Use

You may not use WunderWheel products or services for unlawful purposes, tamper with safety systems, intentionally defeat regional speed limitations where prohibited by law, reverse engineer protected software where prohibited, interfere with our website or services, or use the product in a way that creates unreasonable risk to others.

Pricing and Payment

Prices may change without notice.

Promotional, pre-order, retail, and launch pricing may differ.

The price applicable to your order is the price shown and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Warranty

Eligible WunderWheel products are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the exclusions and conditions stated in our Warranty Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wunder Wheel Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from misuse, improper installation, modification, incompatible equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of the product contrary to applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Georgia, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on this website with an updated revision date.
